Pre-registration deadline for the 2011 season has passed.
Registration packets will include:
- CIFL Offical Application to Participate
- Emergency Contact sheet
- Onarga Academy Use of Grounds Waiver
- CIFL Insurance Waiver
- Parent and Player Code of Conduct
Football League Fees are: $120.00
Cheerleader League Fees are: $60.00
Volunteer Fee is: $50.00 (This payment will be held till
the end of season banquet. You must work one full game to get your volunteer fee back.)
NOTE: Families with mulitple participants, a discount will be applied.
- 1st child will be full price, 2nd child will be half price, 3rd child FREE!!!!!
- IF you have a football player and a cheerleader, football player will always be full price
